Xenigmatic Store uses a print provider business to fulfill orders, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 10 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team by contacting us through our support email and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

If there’s an issue affecting one or multiple products, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you as customer ordered the wrong size or color, Xenigmatic Store will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for entering the correct information from your end.

Once an order is placed, it goes into production and then in post production it is carefully packaged after which it is sent to you via courier service that is most relevant to your shipping address. As soon as the order is ready to ship, you will receive tracking info on your provided email from where you can see the status of your order. Deliveries may take anywhere from 7-30 days to arrive, depending on the destination country. If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered, but you have not yet received it, please call your local post office for more information. If there is an issue with the listed address on your package, they may need to get in touch with you before delivery can be completed. In case of any issue, you can always get in touch with our support through email and we aim to solve your query on the same day.

Customers are responsible for any customs and duty fees, which may be assessed to your order once it arrives in the destination country. Xenigmatic Store does not include any coverage for customs or duty fees in quoted shipping costs, or at any point in our checkout or billing process.
